    According to many published scientific articles, the best proven duration for psychotherapy sessions that’s required to make a significant change is 50 minutes.
  • How do I get connected with a therapist?

    If you know the therapist’s name you can search for them in our search bar. Alternatively you can search for any disorder or symptoms you are experiencing to see who specializes in treating that symptoms or disorder. Another way would be to click on the “identify your challenge” icons and that will lead you to a list of therapists.If you can’t identify your challenge, you can take our free 3-minutes matching tool and we will be in touch in 24 hours with a list of therapists that we think are best-matched to help you.After choosing a therapist, you can proceed to book your session in any available time slot that suits you.

  • How do I sign up?

    Just a few simple steps. Use O7 Website or mobile application to log into the therapist’s page. Select your therapist, schedule your appointment, then, you’ll be asked to sign up for an account:
    1. Enter your name or a nickname of your choice.
    2. Fill up your email address.
    3. Create a password.
    4. choose your therapist or get matched with a therapist
  • What is the session cancellation policy?

    You can cancel your session up to 24 hours before your appointment.
  • How do I deactivate my account?

    If you wish to deactivate your account, you can contact us through website or email us on support@o7therapy.com
  • How will I communicate with my therapist?

    Initially, you will start your online session with your therapist through video conferencing using O7 Therapy mobile application. You can reach out to our client care team between sessions if you need to communicate with your therapist.
  • How can I reach my therapist after the session?

    You can communicate with your therapist through direct messaging on the O7 Therapy mobile application for up to 7 days after a session. Your therapist will try to reply within 24 hours. In case of emergency we urge you to follow your therapist’s crisis plan or ask your family or friends to accompany you to the nearest psychiatric hospital.
  • What happens if I’m dissatisfied with my session/therapist?

  • Who are our therapists?

    O7 Therapy has a wide network of therapists with diverse expertise and backgrounds. All Therapists in the network are licensed, trained, qualified and accredited with Masters Degree or Doctorate Degree in their field. Click here to learn more about our therapists.
  • How are the therapists verified?

    1. Therapists provide us their cv for initial review by our medical team
    2. Therapists get interviewed
    3. Therapists are asked to send all their certificates to be verified and reviewed by our medical team
  • How do I join O7 as a therapist?

  • Can I stay anonymous?

    Of course, we appreciate your privacy and freedom of choice. When signing up You can choose to stay anonymous through entering your “nickname” instead of your full name.
  • How do I access my account if I forget my password?

    1. Open your O7 Therapy’s mobile application.
    2. Press on the menu icon on the top right of the screen.
    3. Press login now.
    4. Press “Forgot my Password”.
    5. Use the temporary password we send you on your email to login, and change your password
  • How can I change my password?

    1- Open your O7 Therapy’s mobile application.
    2- Press on the menu icon on the top right of the screen.
    3- Press “My account”.
    4- Press I need to change my password.
    5- You will be asked to enter your old password and then the new one.
  • How do you protect my privacy?

    Your privacy and confidentiality is our top priority. O7 Therapy was designed with a specialized infrastructure and advanced technology to protect your data and information.     1- You can choose to stay anonymous.
    We will only ask you to add a nickname to be identified on our system, we will not ask you for your full name or contact information. (See more about staying anonymous here)
    2- All data is Encrypted using 256-bit TLS encryption
    End-to-End Chat Encryption allows for a secured communication where only the intended recipient can read the secured message. Zoom uses both asymmetric and symmetric algorithms to encrypt the session. Session keys are generated with a device-unique hardware ID to avoid data being read from other devices. This ensures that the session can not be eavesdropped on or tampered with.
    3- Sessions are not recorded
    Any video or audio communication with your therapist will not be recorded. Only text messages are saved for your reference if you’d like to get back to them and you always have the option to delete specific or all messages saved.
    4- O7 is HIPAA compliant
    O7 guarantees that all technical, physical, and administrative safeguards and company policies and procedures meet HIPAA requirements of privacy and confidentiality. To read more about HIPPA please follow this link.
  • Do you offer free trials?

    Unfortunately we do not offer free trials currently.
  • How am I billed?

    In the sign up process, you will be asked to add your credit card information. At the moment, you can only pay by credit and debit cards. Paypal, Checks and bank transfers are not accepted.
  • What is the refund policy?

    If you wish to cancel your session, you can do so 24 hours before the appointment and your money will be fully refunded to your account. The refund period will depend on your bank policies.
    In case you want to cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours’ notice, the following applies:
    1. In case of cancelation up to 6 hours before the session, only 50% of the session fees will be refunded.
    2. In case of cancelation with less than 6 hours remaining, no refunds will be made. In all cases you can still reschedule in any available time slot.
  • Can I be reimbursed by my insurance?

    O7 is a fully accredited medical service. You should be reimbursed, if your medical care plan offered by the medical insurance company covers online therapy.
